Kit Kat - Matcha Tiramisu
Matcha tiramisu is the matcha Kit Kat you didn't know you needed! Traditional tiramisu is made with espresso, while the Japanese take on this dessert soaks the tiramisu biscuits with matcha and, trading bitter coffee notes balanced with chocolate for the bittersweetness freshness of matcha. To capture this as a Kit Kat, Nestle Japan uses matcha infused white chocolate for the outside, and a mascarpone creme filling between the wafers.
